The grape varieties and the vineyards AOP Minervois, IGP Pays d'Oc and IGP Côtes du Brian
The wine production includes more than fifteen varieties, from the more traditional to the most unexpected.

Red grape varieties: Grenache Noir, Syrah, Petit Verdot, Cinsault, Mourvèdre, Carignan, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir.

White grape varieties: Grenache Blanc, Bourboulenc, Marsanne, Roussanne, Vermentino, Macabeu, Sauvignon, Viognier, Chardonnay.

The soil types are varied which give the wines their typical character. Shingle, sandstone, slate, limestone, shale.
A typically Mediterranean climate of hot dry summers, mild and wet spring and autumn, sometimes with violet hailstorms.

The winds are almost omnipresent (300 to 350 days per year), but these give protection to the vines from disease.
